Los Angeles Chargers NFL Team Streams Anime Schedule – Benefit


The Los Angeles Chargers NFL have published their upcoming schedule…as a prequel to the anime. Visually, sports video refers to One pieceAnd Food wars! shokugeki no somaAnd The attack on the GiantsAnd JoJo’s Bizarre AdventureAnd Narutoalong with jokes for NFL fans.

Some notable references are listed below:

  • 0:27 – The Las Vegas Raiders are pictured with the name One piece Pirate crew.
  • 0:33 – Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the QB Chargers, Justin Herbert, appeared in a giant mechanic.
  • 0:40 – Jacksonville Jaguars, this particular shot refers to Urban Mayer, the former Jaguar coach who was fired before the end of the previous season under a number of controversies. Specifically, this refers to the infamous video clip of Meyer (who is married) receiving a personal dance very close to a young woman at a bar he owns, captured shortly after the Jaguars lost a game last season.
  • 0:43 – The Houston Texans got a stand in reference to JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
  • 0:46 – The family of the Cleveland Browns is referenced in the Japanese text, which translates to “boring Cleveland.” (Earlier this year, the Browns made a controversial deal to bring in Deshaun Watson, the quarterback star who was sued last year after being publicly accused of sexual assault against 22 separate women.)
  • 0:53 – Denver Broncos protester as Soma from Food wars! shokugeki no soma. This refers to new Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson, and a surrounding meme called “Let Russ Cook” as fans encourage his coaches to let Wilson play his way rather than stick to a strict game plan.
  • 0:56 – Seattle Seahawks. The tombstones make reference to many famous memes about the Seahawks, including their now-defunct “Legion of Boom” defense and their infamous choice not to run the ball over the 1-yard line in their infamous Super Bowl loss. The tombstones also mock the city’s baseball team and instinct anatomy.
  • 1:03 – Atlanta Falcons imitate Tokoyami from My hero academy. The Waffle House sign is a nod to former Falcons player Julio Jones who was famous for his love of Waffle House and even painted the emblem on his cleats at one point. “28% Off 3 waffles or more” refers to the infamous Hawks, who led the New England Patriots 28-3 in the Super Bowl, then lost the game in a complete meltdown.
  • 1:07 – The San Francisco 49ers as Narutolike a ninja.
  • 1:09 – Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reed and Head Chargers coach Brandon Staley take control of their QB mechanics.
  • 1:16 – These are two news reporters, Ian Rapoport and Adam Shifter, who are both famous (and notorious) for their breaking stories in extremely fast (and sometimes inaccurate) Twitter posts.
  • 1:23 – An Arizona Cardinals player looks at his phone in dismay like Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba me me. This is in reference to Cardinals QB Kyler Murray who deleted his social media posts relating to the Cardinals earlier this year, in a public bid to demand a bigger/more lucrative contract extension with the team during the downturn.
  • 1:27 – I One piece The ship gets stuck in a bottle tossed in a trash can next to a box of Antonio Brown’s abandoned helmets.
  • 1:34 – The Titans of Tennessee were portrayed as the gigantic Titan of The attack on the Giants. The player on the horizon is Derek Henry, the star of the Retreat Titans who is famous for his height and physical strength.
  • 1:37 – Indianapolis Colts. This is in reference to the Molts’ “Carousel Carousel” as they had a number of short-lived and unsuccessful midfielders in the years since their star QB Andrew Luck retired.
  • 1:48 – other Food wars! A reference to the Denver Broncos. It also refers to an incident in which the Broncos Stadium briefly caught fire, damaging several rows of stands before it was put out.
  • 1:42 – Los Angeles Rams. The Ram-head player burns team picks, a reference to the Rams’ strategy of trading future draft picks for star players on short contracts. The Pete Rams sign refers to the time the Hollywood sign was covered with the Pete Rams earlier this year when the Rams won the Super Bowl.
  • 1:54 – Demon Slayer Breathing style switches to a one man punch Parody punch.
