#10 – Current Vice Admiral Jeon
Jeon, better known by her alias Momusagi, is a Vice Admiral.
During the time jump, Jeon was considered a candidate to become one of the new admirals. However, she didn’t make the cut, with Icho and Ryokogyo arriving at the posts instead. Shatton asked her 100 times, but she turned him down each time. She must be very powerful to be considered a candidate for promotion to the rank of Rear Admiral.
She and Tsuru are currently the highest-ranking female celebrity in the Marine Corps.
#9 – Current Vice Admiral Tsuru
Tsuru is a deputy marine brigade. As a Vice Admiral and being part of the same generation of notable Marines as Garp and Sengoku, Tsuru is perhaps one of the most powerful Marines in the series. Even at the age of 63, Tsuru was strong enough to inspire Doflamingo with extreme fear.
Tsuru ate Woshu Woshu no Mi, a Devil Fruit of the Paramecia class that allows her to literally “wash, dry, and dry” people and things as if they were clothes, turning them into flat and malleable clothes. This disables opponents by making them immobile. This can also “cleanse” a limited amount of evil from victims, which is a dangerous ability against pirates.
#8 – Current Admiral Ryokugyu
Ryokogyo is a naval admiral. Not much is known about his abilities, however, Doflamingo has stated that he is a “real monster” in terms of strength.
Ryokogyo claimed that he hadn’t eaten anything in three years. Not only does he maintain the strength to move and fight perfectly well, but this supposed feat meant he achieved the admiral promotion without any food in his system. It has yet to be revealed how Ryokugyu managed to perform such a feat.
#7 – Current Admiral Fujitora (Issho)
Fujitora, a naval admiral. In terms of combat power, he is considered to be one of the strongest fighters in the entire World Government structure.
Fujitora ate Zushi Zushi no Mi, a Paramecia-type demon fruit that allows him to manipulate gravity around a chosen location at will by sending gravitational forces. Fujitora can manipulate the forces of gravity by channeling the Devil Fruit’s ability through his sword. He can send gravitational forces by swinging or simply moving his sword.
Fujitora has also demonstrated his mastery of two types of Haki: Busoshoku Haki and Kenbunshoku Haki, which he uses to make up for his loss in battle.
#6 – Current Admiral Kizaru (Borsalino)
Kizaru, who fits the title of Admiral, is considered one of the strongest fighters within the World Government and the Marine Corps.
The greatest aspect of Kizaru’s physical abilities is his phenomenal speed and extraordinary reflexes, which are enhanced by the light-based powers of his demonic fruits. Kizaru, in fact, possesses the power of Pika Pika no Mi, a Logia-type demonic fruit that bestows upon him the powers of the element of light.
He is able to move and attack at the speed of light, and all of his attacks depend on the element of light, such as shooting blasts of energy from his fingertips or feet with extreme precision and accuracy. Its power is very destructive, causes huge explosions, and can easily destroy buildings. It also has the ability to reverse itself, essentially moving from one location to another at the speed of light. Because of the power of this fruit, Kizaru is probably the fastest man in the world.
